3. Scheduling & Appointments
Maintenance & Cleanings
- Appointments may be booked online
- Booking is subject to availability
- Customers may schedule up to 12 months in advance
Service Calls & Installations
- Requests submitted through the website require approval
- Appointments are not confirmed until approved by Cadorette HVAC
Emergency Services
- Emergency requests are handled primarily by phone
- Response times may vary depending on availability
4. Pricing
- Standard service rate: $140/hour during normal business hours
- After-hours rate: $280/hour
Flat-Rate Services
- Oil & gas boiler/furnace cleaning: $275
- Heat pump cleaning: $250 per condenser & evaporator
- Additional evaporator: +$100 each
Additional time may be required depending on service complexity.
All pricing is subject to change and may vary based on the specific job.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in scheduling delays
7. Access to Property
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location. Cadorette HVAC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cadorette HVAC will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing issues or system failures
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
- Service outcomes may vary depending on system condition
